What we collect

When you enquire about a property, request a call, or sign up for the BayWorks portal, we collect your name, phone number, email address, company, and details about the space you're looking for (budget, city, timeline). If you come to us via a Meta or Google ad, WhatsApp message, or a partner referral, we receive the same information from that channel.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, match you with relevant office spaces, prepare quotations, and keep you updated on your leasing process. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Who we share it with

With the developer or landlord of a property you're interested in (so they can respond to your enquiry), and with the channel partner who referred you, if applicable. We use third-party services (WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google) to receive enquiries from ads and messages — their own privacy policies also apply to that part of the exchange.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry on file while your search is active. If your enquiry doesn't progress and we close it as unsuccessful, we keep the record for 12 months in case you come back to us, then move it to a recycle bin for a further 30 days before permanently deleting it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use our grievance form to submit a request, or write to info@bayworks.in — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
